Jerry was referred to us by our realtor, who uses his company regularly for inspection services. We were very impressed with his professional & timely approach to our inspections process. He was very thorough & available to answer any questions we had with openness and candor. We had both our home inspection & mold inspections done, and were very pleased with his responsiveness & careful explanations. We would definitely recommend his company to anyone needing a job well done!

Jerry and Tyler were amazing! They performed my home inspection for a home my husband and I are purchasing. They were very thorough and personable. Unfortunately I was only in town for a few days and Jerry was able to schedule me in his schedule, which we appreciated. He was able to point out the flaws we noticed and also gave us some unexpected issues we needed to address. His experience and expertise showed when he went over his findings after inspection. I can’t thank Jerry and Tyler enough. I would give this company 10 stars if I could.

Jerry with A-protected Home Inspection’s help me out a lot with finding how much mold I actually had in my house! First, I called him and thought I just had some visible mold in my kitchen but with him going through the house he noticed my a/c return vents had some mold on them as well. After Jerry walked through the house thoroughly, I had more peace of mind, knowing what I had to fix and how. He responded quick to my concerns and ended up coming to my house the next day. I would definitely recommend this company.

If you hire this fool, you will be wasting a good chunk of money like I did. We had our manufactured home inspected due to soft spots and rot on the sub-floor. He spent less than an hour and refused to check beneath the house. I had to crawl under myself and get some sample material for him. Samples were taken and a report was received. No protocol (suggested repairs) was made. $425 down the drain. We hired another inspector, A.I.S. Mold Testing. They spent about 3 hours and inspected all rooms including crawling under the home. We received a detailed 58 page report with a clear idea as to what needs to make this home safe. Hope this helps someone.
